Every piece goes through three rounds of inspection — material, craftsmanship, and final packaging. Founder approval is required before dispatch.

Yes. We release limited seasonal collections for Diwali, Christmas, Holi, etc., often available for pre-order.
Do you provide return or refund options?
As most of our products are customized, we do not offer returns. However, we replace damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How do you reduce waste?
We reuse all broken, leftover, or excess materials to create new products. Our zero-waste policy is applied at every stage.
Are your candles safe to burn indoors?
Yes. They are clean-burning, free from toxins, and tested to ensure safety in indoor spaces.

Wood cloth is an organic, biodegradable fabric made from wood pulp. We use it in our decor for a rustic, luxurious finish.
