Small marks & scratches on products is not considered as damage.
In metal Products, small scratches and minor bent on metal products during transit are non – replaceable.
As every product is made on order the refund/exchange cannot be provided on a liking or disliking basis.
The dry flower accents in the candles are subject to availability and it’s possible that we make them with different flowers, however the colors of the flowers will be the same as shown on the website.
Delivery Discrepancies
If the delivery status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 24 hoursby sending an email with your order ID and the subject line “Delivery Discrepancy.”
RTO (Return to Origin) Due to Customer Error
If a shipment is returned due to errors on the customer’s part—such as providing incomplete or incorrect shipping details, not responding to courier calls, or being unavailable to accept delivery—the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping chargesand the cost of reshipping the item.Order cancellations will not be accommodated in such cases.
Shipping Charges and Exchange Timelines
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of the damage exchange and return pick-up one side shipping is bearable by customer.
Upon exchange of the damage product customer can choose any other product of same or higher value and pay the difference.
No credit note will be issued in case the damaged product is out of stock and customer is unable to decide upon another product to choose.
